Experience Works, the nation's oldest, nonprofit organization dedicated to helping seniors, is searching for Outstanding Older Workers, Outstanding Employers of Older Workers and America’s Oldest Worker.

Experience Works is dedicated to helping seniors, most with low incomes and barriers to employment, get the training they need to find good jobs in their local communities. Experience Works is also an advocate for working seniors, and is committed to demonstrating the benefits seniors bring to the workplace, such as dedication, a strong work ethic and the ability to act as role models to younger workers.
